Title: “(20) JUST IN: John Bolton Hit With INDICTMENT Bombshell — Deep State PANICS!! – YouTube”Video Transcript: “Welcome back to American Zone. Griffin here. So, I’m going to be talking about John Bolton. Yeah. The guy who never saw a war that he didn’t like. Yeah. You see, there was an FBI raid that he had to go through and now the deep state is in full panic mode because they realize that, oh shoot, there might actually be consequences coming to them for their illegal activity. You see, President Trump has promised that his Department of Justice will ensure that nobody is above the law. Now, a lot of conservative commentators and influencers out there are still very unhappy with how Pam Bondi has been doing, with how the Department of Justice has been slow. I also would like to see actual arrests made, warranted arrests obviously, and I can’t help but agree with them a bit. But in any case, we’re going to be discussing this and more here at American Zone. So, let’s get right into it. Colton, former national security adviser turned sharp critic of Donald Trump, is expected to be the subject of a complaint or even an indictment as early as next week. MSNBC citing two sources is reporting exclusively that the acting US attorney in Maryland is moving forward quickly to seek criminal charges against Bolton. They reportedly relate to claims that he improperly kept classified national security information in his Maryland home. His home was searched in August. Bolton’s lawyer insists that his client, John Bolton, did nothing improper. It is the second instance of targeting a prominent Trump critic. Now, John Bolton could be facing an indictment in the coming weeks for improperly keeping classified information in his home in Maryland. Now, isn’t that kind of funny? Because isn’t that like the exact same accusations that they made on TV about President Trump many times and the documents that were there was like it was like in a massive safe crazy amounts of security and like there there wasn’t even anything like illegal or like classified material that he couldn’t have, you know, like he went through all the proper channels. that he had Joe Biden with with his boxes in his house. What was it in Connecticut or something, you know, next to his um gosh, was it like a Chevy or like a like an old Chevy uh convertible or something in the in the garage? There’s just boxes of classified documents just right there. And oh no, they don’t talk about that. It’s interesting. You know, Karma seems to be coming back and getting a piece of the Democrats like John Bolton cuz I mean, I’m telling you, it’s pretty similar. And it feels good that justice might be swinging their way finally. Now, we’ve seen similar outcomes for James Comey and Leticia James, who are both now facing major criminal indictments. Now, speculation, rumors are swirling that John Bolton could have committed treasonous offenses by trying to sell this classified information to foreign countries such as China. Now, the so-called deep state right now is not exactly thrilled because they’re being exposed. They’re starting to realize that President Trump and his administration are not as easily manipulated or controlled from the, you know, behind the scenes and secret conversations as in previous administrations. Now, if a crime was committed, John Bowen could be facing federal prison. Mishandling classified information is not a joke. And it seems that there’s clearly some evidence that Bolton was wielding and holding on to and well doing it entirely incorrectly and illegally. Now, this contrast is huge from the Trump classified documents because President Trump, he had the power to declassify documents at any time. He was the president. Even the Supreme Court had to step in and rule in his favor. Not because they had to, but they like they had to step in. They ruled it. They basically ruled that he can do this. But those powers do not apply to a former cabinet member like John Bolton. So if you’re John, this is bad news for you because you got to be worried about your future, man. Like there’s likely going to be an indictment coming your way. He’s going to have to defend himself and explain why he was having so much classified intelligence in his house. Anyways, so gentlemen, I want to start with um uh a full screen of quotes from attorneys generals uh in their statements regarding uh what’s happening to AG James. Uh this from the California AG Rob Bont. This should send chills down all our spines. Trump has crossed a red line. We won’t stand by as he acts like a dictator from New Jersey AG Matt Platkin. And these charges will be thrown out quickly if there’s any justice left in the United States. Arizona AG Chris Maize. So counselor, on this last point, will these be thrown out quickly? I don’t know that that they’ll be thrown out, but I don’t necessarily know that they’re going very far. And from a legal perspective, speaking strictly about the actual legal legal mechanisms around this, one of the things that the government is going to have to establish is intent. that Leticia James intended to actually defraud the government by falling by filing some sort of fake applications. By the way, $40 a month, right? $49 a month, right? For for and and and here’s the thing that I’ve been saying. Leticia James is currently the attorney general of thei of of of the the state of New York. Before then, she was the public advocate for the city of New York. That is a citywide office. She’s the first woman to ever have held citywide office in New York City. Before then, she was a two-term city council woman. You do not get to look like Leticia James looks and show up in America and achieve what she has by trying to game the system. It doesn’t happen. The other thing that I want to say about this is it’s very interesting of all the quotes from the state AGs that you mentioned, you know, who you didn’t hear from AG Kim Paxton in Texas. There you go. And you know why? A real criminal because he’s got three primary residences. And if we’re looking into housing fraud, if we’re looking into these sort of applications and we’re trying to maintain the notion that this is not somehow a political prosecution, where’s the conversation about that investigation? So ultimately, I don’t think this is going far because we’re not going to be able to establish the notion of intent against Leticia James. Now, MSNBC and all their fake news media, political commentators, and such are all completely panicking over the fact that lifelong fraudster like John Bolton and Leticia James are finally being brought to justice. Even look, I’m not going to I’m not going to be satisfied if they’re like just a slap on the wrist like you’re going to serve six months in a cushy prison in the countryside. No. And oh, and and you get the ability to go back to your house, I would be that I would be very upset. Now, with that being said, I would I’m still getting some vindication and satisfaction that they’re actually being made uncomfortable a little bit because that that was never even a thing. They never had to worry at all about being even mildly uncomfortable when they were in power. They were like, “Oh, nothing’s going to happen to us.” And even when they weren’t in power, you know, say with James Comey or Chris Ray or Leticia James, they just always seemed to know that nothing was going to come of it. And now it’s looking like maybe there might be something. So, I guess even that is some progress. But I wanted to go further. Okay, to be 100% honest, I wanted to go all the way and get these guys in prison because without a deterrence, without people going to prison, it’s going to keep happening. people are not going to stop because if there isn’t a severe consequence, they’re just like, I’ll just do it again. Same thing with like crime in Chicago or Portland. If there’s no deterrence, if people aren’t in prison, then what where’s the disincentive to do bad stuff? You see what I’m saying? Like, and the crazy thing is mainstream media will still try to defend these guys till their dying breath, it seems. Like, you heard one of the commentators joking about the fact that Leticia James gamed the system for only $49 a month, but that’s $49 a month over the course of a 30-year mortgage alone. That means that she’s actually gaming the system for over $17,000. That’s a significant amount of money for anybody and it should absolutely be treated seriously. But apparently MSNBC is willing to just laugh it off because she’s a Democrat. They always will defend each other crazy. Oh my gosh. Oh, I’d be so livid if they if they only gave her basically like community service. No, she needs to be in prison for a long time. Comey too and Bolton as well. Brennan, like hopefully, fingers crossed, I pray that this does not happen at all under President Trump because the nonsense they put him through. Like Trump went easy on his political rivals in his first term. And now he clearly regrets not pursuing Hillary Clinton among others that spied on his campaign, lied about the Russia hoax, the Steel Dossier, and now you got crooks like Comey and Leticia James. They’re fine. And even finally, John Bolton. Now, we need to get get a hold of Brennan. John Brennan. There are only a few individuals that are going to have their day in court. Like, we need more. More people need to have their day in court. More people need to go to prison. There needs to be a disincentive. Trump isn’t doing anything wrong, you know, but bringing evidence of a crime to a grand jury, that’s that’s not that’s not wrong. He’s just bringing evidence. Grand juries have already approved indictments on James Comey and Leticia James, and they’ve been approved of in far-left jurisdictions where most of the people are certainly not conservative. So, if liberals are approving of these indictments, it speaks volumes to the seriousness of this. MSNBC reports that criminal charges against former Trump National Security Adviser John Bolton could come as soon as next week. A grand jury in Maryland has been hearing evidence for several weeks related to claims that Bolton improperly kept classified national security information in his Maryland home. But the pace of the case has recently sped up, according to two people familiar with the case. This news comes in the same week that New York Attorney General Leticia James has been indicted and former FBI Director James Comey was arraigned. MSNBC has learned that James’ case, like Comey’s, was brought before a grand jury solely by Trump’s former personal lawyer turned interim US attorney, Lindseay Halligan, against the wishes of prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia. Halagan again was also the sole signatory of the indictment. And all of this comes just weeks after Trump called on his attorney general Pam Bondi through a social media post to go after his perceived enemies that quote, “We can’t delay any longer. It’s killing our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice and indicted me five times exclamation point over nothing.” All caps. Justice must be served now. And as the Atlantic’s Quinta Jurassic points out, at this point in the Trump era, insisting that none of this is normal has become so routine it feels like a cliche. But well, none of this is normal. Trump’s effort to turn the Justice Department into his personal legal weapon shatters norms of law enforcement independence inoculated in the decades since Watergate and perhaps outstrips any previous abuses of the department at any other point in American history. The ability of law enforcement to prosecute genuine wrongdoing rather than wielding the law as a tool of the leader whims is central to a life in liberal democracy. Now, we shouldn’t be surprised to see a radical fake news network like MSNBC radical fake news network like MSNB to protect people like James Comey and a major part of the Washington DC swamp Trump is simply exposing them for the We want more of that. So bring along more, expose in more. Go for it. I agree amazing if he was able to get, you know, But like cuz he can’t be bought either. uh person to the president. But in any think, “Oh, we we saved America.” No, one-term thing. I in a previous video, I week or so ago, I said that don’t think there will be another one even ever. I mean, to be exact, no one certainly be a long time before some Tulsi Gabbard, and Dan Bonino. I’m on thing. And you know, you got Trump people all gathered in one spot to help former glory. And that’s great, but sense of urgency. We need to really keep the deep state and really bringing more That’s what I think. What do you think? Now, getting back to John Bolton, you one of the things like along with like he definitely helped do like he was like his like adviser. It was him at all. And I remember was a Jeff like was a very hardcore Trump guy. But in people that were out to get Trump. Get messages? Don’t worry, we got something won’t be president. Like he’s gone guys were in power. Now, President Trump guilty, which is like, yeah, they kind face, you know, the checks and balances you have to. It’s really important. pillars of that this country was founded to Congress, why they lied to the President Trump, you know, or why they illegally. They need to explain the why. mortgage fraud to save more than 17 would go to jail for this pretty in Washington, they’ve been able to always like these guys, you know, you know, writing a book or John Bolton always write books. They make a few obscurity and then eventually die. They time it’s like, “Oh, what? You’re coming guess what? You went after President this Pandora’s box.” Okay. And even You Democrats went after President He did nothing wrong. You guys have done for you and you don’t like it. And You need to have deterrence. I’ve said to go to jail for this. Like said many times before, nobody’s above think John Boon will be indicted? Will me know down in the comments below. And watching American Zone. ## What We *Do* Know (so far, from reliable reporting)
1. **FBI search of Bolton’s home/office**
On August 22, 2025, the FBI executed search warrants at John Bolton’s Maryland home and his D.C. office. citeturn0news14turn0news13turn0news11turn0news12
They seized items including computers, cell phones, and documents. Some seized materials had folder labels such as “Trump I-IV” and “statements and reflections to allied strikes.” citeturn0news11turn0news13turn0news12
The warrants were tied to investigating possible violations involving improper retention or transmission of classified or national defense information, including potential Espionage Act violations. citeturn0news13turn0news11turn0news12turn0news14
2. **Affidavit partially unsealed**
A redacted affidavit used for the search was released. It contains probable cause allegations that Bolton improperly retained classified materials. citeturn0news12turn0news11turn0news14
One interesting detail: the affidavit references a “Hack of Bolton’s AOL Account by Foreign Entity” — this portion is heavily redacted. citeturn0news12turn0news11turn0news14
3. **No charges filed (yet)**
As of now, Bolton has **not** been indicted or criminally charged. citeturn0news12turn0news11turn0news13
His legal team insists he did nothing improper, and that the materials are consistent with his long service in government. citeturn0news13turn0news11
4. **Media reports of a possible indictment**
Multiple news outlets (e.g. MSNBC, The Independent, WJLA) cite unnamed sources saying an indictment **could** be filed soon—possibly as early as next week. citeturn0search5turn0search6turn0search7turn0news8
But these are still speculative; no formal public filings confirm them yet.

## What the Video Says — Credible or “Red Flag”?
The video makes several claims. Let me separate what seems plausible vs. what seems more doubtful or overblown.
| Claim in Video | Evaluation | Notes / Caveats |
|—|—|—|
| “The deep state is panicking; consequences finally coming.” | Speculative / rhetoric | While the investigation is serious, saying “the deep state is panicking” is political framing, not hard evidence. |
| “Bolton will be indicted next week for storing classified info in his home.” | Possible but unconfirmed | That matches current media speculation. citeturn0search5turn0search6turn0news11turn0news13 |
| “Bolton could be guilty of treason by selling to foreign countries like China.” | Very speculative / unsourced | No credible public reporting supports that claim. It’s more a conspiracy-level allegation than one grounded in known documents. |
| “Trump had power to declassify; Bolton did not.” | Mixed | As president, Trump did have broad declassification authority (though its limits are debated). But former officials do not automatically retain declassification authority — that’s a more complicated legal question. |
| “Comey, Letitia James, Bolton are all being prosecuted — liberals approve indictments.” | Partially true, partially speculative | Comey and Letitia James *have* had indictments in recent weeks, but those cases are controversial and in early stages. The assertion that “liberals approve” is an overgeneralization. |
So there’s a mix: the video leans hard into political narrative and rhetorical framing, rather than sticking neatly to what the public record supports.

## Legal Hurdles & Risks
If the DOJ does indict Bolton, here are key legal challenges prosecutors must overcome:
– **Must prove intent**
It’s not enough to show he possessed materials; prosecutors will likely need to show he **knew** doing so was unlawful, or acted with willful misconduct.
– **Classification status**
They must prove those materials were legally *classified* and not declassified or properly handled under law.
– **Statute of limitations**
Many alleged acts may date back to his time in government (e.g. during Trump admin or earlier). Some could fall outside allowable time windows unless exceptions apply.
– **Defense claims / counterarguments**
Bolton’s team can argue the materials were routine, long-held government records, or that arrangements existed for their retention. (They’re already making that argument.)
– **Political influence / appearance of retaliation**
Given the political stakes, defense could argue the case is motivated by retaliation rather than neutral enforcement. That may not prevent charges but can shape public and judicial scrutiny.
—
## Verdict: How Much Credence?
– There is **definite active investigation** into Bolton for possible mishandling of classified materials. That’s well documented.
– The claim that an indictment is imminent is plausible and being reported by multiple outlets — but **not confirmed yet**.
– Assertions of treason, or that he’s being targeted purely for politics, are much more speculative and not supported by public evidence (yet).
– The video is mixing fact with opinion and political spin. It should be treated cautiously — as commentary, not definitive reportage.
